My childhood memory 1 (Disney story)

1. Snow White

Snow White first appears in the film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937). In the film she is depicted as living under her wicked, vain stepmother, the Queen, who forces Snow White to engage in menial labor, fearing that one day Snow White's beauty might become greater than her own,which causes the Queen to cast Snow White out and send a huntsman to kill her. 

The Queen discovers that Snow White has survived and uses magic to disguise herself as an old hag and creates a poisoned apple that will kill.Snow White bites into the apple and falls into a coma. The dwarfs discovering what had happened track down the Queen and short fight ensues and the Queen is killed.  Time passes and the Prince comes across Snow White and kisses her, causing her to awaken.

When a new princess is born to King Stefan and his wife, the entire kingdom rejoices. At a ceremony, three good fairies bestow gifts of magic on the child. At this point, enter the Fairy Godmother, the pumpkin carriage, the royal ball, the stroke of midnight, the glass slipper.

4. Mermaid

This is the story of a little mermaid named Ariel, who dreams of going on land. When her father, King Triton, Forbids her to go on land, Ariel visits Ursula who her father had banished. Eventhough she helps her get to land, what Ariel doesn't know is that Ursula has plans to destroy her to get revenge on her father.

5. Beauty and the beast

Prince Adam was cursed to a beast. The one way he could break the spell was to learn to love another and earn her love in return before the last petal from his enchanted rose fell, which would bloom until his twenty-first birthday. Ten years later, Maurice becomes lost in the woods and seeks shelter in the Beast's castle, the Beast imprisons him for trespassing. 1. See, when u help this little bunny message her ear, she will automatically lick her hand! And the most interesting thing is, her ears like her steering wheel, you message her left ear, she licks left hand, if you message her right ear, she will licks her right hand!

2. Potato likes to play outside her house. And she is clever enough. She even know how to catch the opportunity in order to pursue what she really want. Once my sister walks near her house, she will quickly biting the door. The inner meaning is that she don't want to stay inside the cage anymore ^^

Tutorial of baking cheese cake and cookies

Hey guys, welcoming to my blog! Do you have enjoyed enough with your Chinese New Year for this year? Do you think that you still gluttonous for the finger licking good cookies and light dessert? If your answer is yes, then I will congrats to you first because, today I would like to share the cookies  that I learnt from my grandma and it's really does work! It is look nice, smell nice even also taste nice! Thus, today I'm going to introduce desserts here.

 Let's take a look~

Chessboard Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE BLACK CHESSBOARD PART:

1.       75g unsalted-butter

2.       40g icing sugar

3.       75g low-gluten flour

4.       5g cocoa powder

FOR THE WHITE CHESSBOARD PART:

1.       75g unsalted-butter

2.       40g icing sugar

3.       75g low-gluten flour

4.       50g milk powder

Extra:

1.       ½ teaspoon soda powder

Steps:

1.       First, for making the black chessboard part, mixing the unsalted-butter and icing sugar together, string continuously until all the butter is melted.






2.       Second, mixing the 75g low-gluten flour and 5g cocoa powder into the mixture in step 1 until become a well-stirred dough, called as dough A.

3.       Third, for making white chessboard part, mixing the unsalted-butter and icing sugar together, string continuously until all the butter is melted.

4.       Fourth, mixing the 75g low-gluten flour and 50g milk powder into the mixture in step 3 until become a well-stirred dough, called as dough B.

5.       Refrigerating this two dough for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

6.       After 20 minutes, take the two dough out. Cut them into 1cm think with 9cm width shape.

7.       Dividing both of this two dough into three equal strip with same width.

8.       Overlapping the different color strips alternatively.

9.       Overlapping the strip in step 8 again.

10.   Using the plastic wrap to wrap your rectangle mixture.

11.   Refrigerating it again for at least two hours

12.   Cut your strip into piece.

13.   Preheating your oven for 10 minutes with 100’C

14.   Baking cookies at 150’C for the first 20 minutes and then turn to 100’C for the rest 30 minutes.

15.   Taking it out and cool. Enjoy with your hardwork!! YUMMY~~

Ma Yun, with the well-known name as Jack Ma, was born on October 15, 1964 at Hangzhou, China. He is a Chinese entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is the founder and Executive Chairman of Alibaba Group, is a family of highly successful Internet-based businesses.

BACKGROUND:

Jack Ma is a proactive child since he was in his age 12. He started to get interested in learning English. However, he thought that learning from the academic books and from his teacher were not enough to feed his eagerness. So, he would ride on his bike for nearly 40 minutes every morning to the hotel near the city of Hangzhou’s West Lake, which is placed 100 miles far away from the place he lived. This is because, there are a lot of foreigners will be there every morning and he will provide free tour guide for them, and the foreigners will teach him, communicating with him by using English in exchange. Jack Ma has insisted this kind of life continuously, no matter that is winter day or raining day, for eight years. This experience has opened his eye toward the world and brought a big change for him in the future. In order to learn more and polish his English, Jack Ma also bought a video so he could listen to the English broadcast every day. In school, he flunked his exam for university two times before he was accepted by the Hangzhou Teachers University, which is considered as the worst University in his city. In the University life, he was elected as a student chairman and later became the chairman of the city’s Students Federation too. After graduate, Jack Ma applied for many job but at last he was turned down. Eventually, he was assigned to become a lecturer in the University. In 1992, the business environment was growing. Jack Ma started to try to grab the chance and started his translation company. In 1995, he went to Seattle. His friend introduced the Internet to him. This was the very first time Jack Ma started to touch the Internet, even is the computer. However, Jack Ma foresaw the high potential of Internet in the coming future. The idea of doing business via online was always presented in his mind.

THE WAY TO SUCCESS AND HIS COMPANY:

In 1999, Jack Ma invited 17 friends to his department. He explained his plan to them but at last, he only get one supporter. Jack Ma started to begin his online business with the web site name Alibaba.com. In this site, it allow the sellers to post their product on it and if the buyers are interested in, they can deal with the sellers. However, at the beginning of time, there is no much seller and buyer. In order to encourage more seller to post their product on his site and increase the site view, Jack Ma’s company bought all the stuffs the sellers sold. Gradually, the sellers and buyers is keep on increasingly increasing. Due to the site is not limited to anyone and it is globally site, it has successfully to attract the members from all around the world. In October 1999, the company has raised $5 million from Goldman Sachs and $20 million from SoftBank.

Once the Alibaba become stronger day after day, Jack Ma’s company has faced a new problem, that is the way of paying. So, they started to build the new like the TaoBao and ZhiFuBao in order to solve those problem. This company has been upholding the mission of “making it easier to do business across the world” and they have insisted on “customer first” value system.

THE REASONS WHY I LIKE JACK MA: 

Jack Ma's rise is the one which most amaze me. This is because, as compare to the western country, China seem like less emphasis on electronic commerce. So, the rise of Jack Ma completely caught my eyeball and the following characteristics of his are those I admire the most.

Firstly, Jack Ma positioned himself as the one who will not be easily pushed over. Everyone knows that the mantra of Jack Ma is “Never Give Up”. He is not easily been defected. Even though he was rejected for several times in applying job, but he still always be positive with that. He accepted the offer as the English lecturer in the University with salary 12 Renminbin per month, at the same time he still kept on finding the way to do his own business and finally, he was able to open his translation company.

Secondly, Jack Ma has his own opinion. When he found that the internet business is going to boom in China, he called up his friends and explained what he decided to do to them. Unfortunately, there is only one supported his idea. Even though Jack Ma has undergone many setback and others said he would not able to do that, although other cannot see what he saw, but he chose to ignore the naysayers and he work hard on his dream. I believe that, if Jack Ma was unable to insist on his opinion, today the richest man in the China will not be him.

Thirdly, Jack Ma is always been highly self-motivated. He always says that, all of us are not the genius or talented but a normal people, but all the ordinary people are able to do an extraordinary thing as long as you are not give yourself up and keep on pushing to a higher extend. Every single word of his is resited in my mind. Whenever I feel I couldn't to achieve what I want to achieve, his words will remind me that please don't find myself an excuse and I am the one who has this responsibility to make myself to be a better person.

What is Anorexia?

Anorexia nervosa is a complex eating disorder with three key features:

• refusal to maintain a healthy body weight
• an intense fear of gaining weight
• a distorted body image

Because of the dread of becoming fat or disgusted with how the body looks, eating and mealtimes may be very stressful. And yet, what the patient can and can’t eat is practically all they can think about.

Thoughts about dieting, food, and their body may take up most of their day—leaving little time for friends, family, and other activities you used to enjoy. Life becomes a relentless pursuit of thinness and going to extremes to lose weight.

But no matter how skinny the patient become, it’s never enough.

While people with anorexia often deny having a problem, the truth is that anorexia is a serious and potentially deadly eating disorder. Fortunately, recovery is possible. With proper treatment and support, you or someone you care about can break anorexia’s self-destructive pattern and regain health and self-confidence.

Types of Anorexia

There are two types of anorexia. In the restricting type of anorexia, weight loss is achieved by restricting calories (following drastic diets, fasting, and exercising to excess). In the purging type of anorexia, weight loss is achieved by vomiting or using laxatives and diuretics.

It’s important to understand that anorexia meets a need in your life. For example, you may feel powerless in many parts of your life, but you can control what you eat. Saying “no” to food, getting the best of hunger, and controlling the number on the scale may make you feel strong and successful—at least for a short while. You may even come to enjoy your hunger pangs as reminders of a “special talent” that most people can’t achieve.

Anorexia may also be a way of distracting yourself from difficult emotions. When you spend most of your time thinking about food, dieting, and weight loss, you don’t have to face other problems in your life or deal with complicated emotions.

Unfortunately, any boost you get from starving yourself or shedding pounds is extremely short-lived. Dieting and weight loss can’t repair the negative self-image at the heart of anorexia. The only way to do that is to identify the emotional need that self-starvation fulfills and find other ways to meet it.

Process To Build A Blog

• Blog’s Concept

The word “Blog” is originally created from two words, they are the “web” and “log”. A blog is actually blog in the people’s though, ideas, experiences and more. The user will own one place in the web. The reasons to make the blog to be so popular is due to the blog allows us to share our though, opinions, news, and anything to the world by just few clicks. The blog’s theme will control how the user’s blog look. The user can choose theme and personalize it with colors at the background. It is also easy to change theme as well. Most of the blog is made up of four main sections, there are the header, the side bar, the footer, and the body. The header is entitle with the title or the logo that the user prefers to. The blog is usually to have the site bars. They also include the gadget and the things you want to highlight, such as the popular posts, recent comments, subscribe option and the social media tool. The most important of the blog is the body. That is the main content area, and usually it is also the place that give the readers a reason to come to our blog. In a standard blog format, the latest post will locate at the top of the page. Other than that, at the bottom of the post also get the comment section as well. This allow the reader to give feedback after reading the blog.  So, blogging is one of the great way to connect the user with the other and get their ideas out there.

 

•   Way To Build The Block

Firstly, I will go to the Google browser to sign up for an electronic mail, this is also called as the e-mail address. This is one of the process which is compulsory. This is because, if I want to sign in to my blog but I forget about the password, I can find it back through the e-mail via some of the setting and request. Furthermore, it also can help me to prevent from intruding by the hacker. When I was registering my new e-mail, I used my own specific user name and I set the question if I want to find my password in one day. In an addition, I also jotted down all of the important things in my own personal notebook in order to be as a reference in one day.

Secondly, I went to the Google browser again and I typed in "Blogspot.com". The page of the interface of blogger was appeared. There are two choices has been providing to the users. If you are a new user and you wish to sign up for your own blogger, u can register it. But if u are an existing user, you can just directly type in your username and the password. I chose to register a new blog for myself. For this site, I need to decide my new username and the password. Every username here must be unique and haven’t been used by the other blogger user. So, I put a special name for myself in order to be remembered and recalled easily by the readers.

Thirdly, I need to verify my blogger account. All I have needed to do is to login again the e-mail address that I used to register for the blogger. In my inbox, I found the e-mail letter that sent from the blogger website group. I open the letter and clicked the link that it suggest me to choose. The whole process is simple and easy. Once I saw the new page with blogger interface, that mean I succeed to verify my blogger and now I can design my blog in whatever the way I want.

Fourth, I need to start to design my blog. An attractive and memorable title is a must. This is because, most of the readers will give a try to read your article before  they think the title is seem attractive and interesting to them. Another one thing needs you to pay concern is the keyword of the title is needed to be easily search by the search engine. This will directly help us to increase the number of views. In my blog, I chose the title name that is highly related to the subject I'm taking.

And the fifth is to design your room. Beside the room topic we can see a small orange symbol with a pencil picture, we can click it to edit our post. In this room, we can write our own essay, uploading our pictures and even post our videos. So, I have opened 10 rooms. All of these rooms contain the content that I would like to share with my fellow readers. 

• Benefit And Lesson

Nowadays the technological era is keeping on increasingly improving, all of the things is exquisite on the speed and completeness. Thus, the usage of internet is one of the tools that is indispensable. There are various kind of social-network sites which are easily and freely available to the global user, such as the Facebook, Twitter, QQ, Friendster, and the Blogger. Here I am going to discuss some of the benefit we can get by using the Blogger in our daily routine.

Firstly, blog is the social-networking site that allow the users to upload anything they would like to without any charge like the picture, file, article and video. Through this site, the user can share anything in any form without asking their readers to turn to another link. Thus it can be called as the "one-stop station". Other than that, the blog also provide the user with two ways communication. That is mean that if the readers have any opinion, recommendation or disapproval, they can just directly and quickly to give their feedback toward the writer of the blog in time. This can greatly polish, improve and re-correct if there is any mistaken.

Secondly, as compared to the media or newspaper, the blog is one of the most popular and new place that allow the blogger to advertise and promote their idea, product, in a faster way to reach a larger size of the audience. This is because, you are almost impossible to broadcast your things all over the world due to the high cost. Beside that, through the blog to disseminate your things, it can help you to prevent the bombard with advertisement until annoying the readers from occurring. Your blog only will appear if the readers who are interesting in and searching for the same topic as yours.

Although I have the experience of visiting other people's blog, but this is my very first time to build my own blog. Through this precious experience, I have learnt that the proper way to open the blog, the way to design the blog in order to catch my readers' eyeball at the first sign and make them read my article continuously. For example, in my blog, I will not only use the words to share what I want to share with, but I also will upload the related photos and videos. This can make my readers to better understand and arouse their consonance. Furthermore, I found that the lengthy articles sometime may fail the reader’s patient to read it continuously. Thus, I have learnt to put some gentle excited background music in order to stimulate the read’s eagerness to read it. The blogging experience have brought me a brand new view toward the social-networking site.

My name is ER MEI KEE (220222). I'm 23 years old. I have 5 family members which consist of parents, two elder sisters and me. My father working as a “Pemamdu Jentera Korek”. For me, my father is a noble person, because he uses his two hands to raise us up and never leave us in hungry or cold and even gives us a lot of love and happiness. My mother is a full-time housewife. She is a beautiful woman. Every wrinkles on her forehead is the proof of she paid all of her most beautiful time and life to take care of this family. My elder sisters are 29 and 27years old separately. Both of them have the same hobby, is enjoying the food. I’m still a student, study is our responsibility. Every day I wake up in the early morning and I will take some time for jogging. In the afternoon, I will go to the classes. I love the brainstorming game very much especially playing chess and Sudoku, and I can play chess well. However, there is no much friend would like to play chess here. Therefore, I always find my opponent via online. 

I usually will do revision at night. Sometimes I will do some homework or prepare for the next class too. If I find out some difficult task, I will discuss with my classmate. We learn from each other. I enjoy this learning moment. 

My hometown is at Skudai, Johor. Johor is a flourishing tourist place with novel and trendy entertainment facility like the Lego Land and I-Spa. That’s is the reason why we always can see lot of foreign traveller will visit here. 

                I done my STPM study at SSI, Johor. Afterwards, I received offered from government and further my study at University Utara Malaysia (UUM) at Kedah. I'm taking Bachelor of Business Administration (HONS) and now is my sixth semester of my university life. I have a lot of fun here. Seriously, my university life is really widening my eye toward this society and it gives me enough time to think of my after-graduate life. Time is precious, and once every things has gone, they never be back again. So, I think we really need to grab and appreciate every moment. That’s mean, if we were in the student position, we need to take our responsibility to learn, do whatever we can achieve. This is same goes to other situation, depending on which position now you are holding.
